Þann 20 Apríl á milli 10:00 - 11:00, framkvæmir Origo breytingar á tengingum Origo og viðskiptavina til RB. Breytingin hefur áhrif á netbanka og hraðbankaþjónustur. Um er að ræða breytingar á forgangsröðun varasambanda, ekki er gert ráð fyrir rekstrartruflunum vegna þessa.

Network maintenance OPESKA-24561: Changes to Datacenter Interconnect - Part 2 Apr 21, 2026 01:00-05:00 UTC
Due to unfinished prior work on 16th of April, we will be scheduling another change window for the same maintenance work.
Origo will perform network maintenance between 01:00-05:00 on the 21.04.2026. In regards to optimising Datacenter interconnect router resources. We expect minimum disruptions during the change window.

Network maintenance OPESKA-24560: Secondary Verne firewall move over to secondary site RDC (Rescheduled from 20th of April - NOW 4.5.2026) May 4, 2026 23:00 - May 5, 2026 04:00 UTC

Origo will perform scheduled network maintenance to relocate the secondary firewall from Verne to our secondary site at RDC. This move is part of our ongoing efforts to optimise infrastructure resilience.

Anticipated Impact
Redundancy: Between 23:00 and 04:00, the firewall environment will operate without redundancy.
Service Disruptions: During phase 2 (01:00 – 04:00 on May 04th), we expect multiple brief disruptions to all hosted services, including internet connectivity.
While the hardware relocation itself is non-disruptive, the failover testing is necessary to ensure the integrity of the secondary site. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we complete these critical infrastructure improvements.
